Identity from the session
The backend decides who checked in from the signed-in account — never from a registration number typed into a form.
No phone, still counted
A controlled lecturer-assisted flow records the student, the reason and the staff member who vouched for them.

How a class runs

Lecturer opens the session
Pick the module and open attendance. A rotating code appears on the projector.

Students verify
Enrolled students enter the live code from their own account. Late arrivals and repeat devices are flagged.

Absentees are written on close, marks are computed, and reports are ready before the class leaves the room.
